When order received with customers’ product 2D drawing and 3D data, we will start to prepare the following process:
DFM- Design For Manufacturing, then submit customer for tooling 3D design approval;
Start 3D design, and follows of the 2D mould drawing before releasing for mold manufacturing
At the same time will prepare the Mold Flow Analysis
When all are approved then will ordering steel for manufacturing until FOT
Then we will submit every time’s tryout with full set tryout report with open points, picture, parameters etc. And our project manager will keep tracking all the process in case any situations happen, then we can communicate with our customer in time.
Every week will submit weekly report including manufacturing process and status pictures to help customers follow up the projects.
